I figured I start posting some of our previous builds on the blog to show some of the history and prototypes that we have come up with before our newest designs.  This is the harp 18-string, a 12-string guitar neck with 6 sub bass strings.

Being an avid Leo Kottke fan and a fan of the 12-string guitar, Dave helped further this design to feature a 12-string guitar with some harp strings.  This is not the first of its kind as there has been others with this string configuration in the past, but they are definitely in the unique category when it comes to harp guitars.  It was also featured on the new “Further Beyond Six Strings” album release by the Harp Guitar Music label
