| More fiddle jams with the harp guitar. This is my good friend Nicole who has lived in my area for several years and it is always a pleasure to play music with her. We had fun last night playing several of her Irish/Celtic fiddle tunes with harp guitar accompaniment. Every time I come to one of these jams with the harp guitar there is a great response from all the musicians as it seems to fit very well with that type of music. My appreciation grew when I started learning the chords to these songs and simply trying to keep up with these great players. But I decided I had better learn some of the melodies when I started waking up with them stuck in my head after some of the sessions. We recorded some audio takes on my phone, but I plan on doing some better quality videos featuring different artists playing with the harp guitar very soon, so keep in touch! |
